How can I book directly on your website?

You can book directly online by clicking the "Check Availability" button found on the right-hand side panel of each dive course or trip on our website.

How much is needed to secure booking?

A full payment is required to complete or secure the booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through online booking using Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit cards.

What is your booking and cancellation policy?

Diving/snorkeling trips 
Booking required at least 2 days before. Prior booking/ cancellation (subject to availability) at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be given to customers who do not show up on the day of the trip.

Covid-19 cancellation: Customers may get a full refund upon showing an official positive COVID-19 test report during the same time of the trip. 

Weather cancellations are at the company’s discretion. If the company or the instructor cancels the trip activity due to bad weather, mechanical problems, or whatever issue, the customer will get a full refund or reschedule if possible.
Should you decide to cut short the trip, you will still be charged in full.

What happens if there is bad weather?

Your safety is always our top priority. If the weather or sea conditions are not safe for diving, we will inform you and we can reschedule the dive depending on your availability and availability of the instructor.

Am I required to attend Basic Scuba Diving before taking up Open Water Course?

No, Basic Scuba course is not a prerequisite of Open Water Diving course.

Do I have to know how to swim to enroll in a scuba diving course? Try Diving/Discovery Diving?

For the diving course, you need to know basic swimming skills, be able to tread, and maintain yourself comfortably in the water to participate in our Diving Courses. For Try Diving/Discovery Diving, basic swimming skills is also required but you don’t have to be a professional.

Will a history of medical illness prevent me from scuba diving?

If you want to go diving but have a history of medical illness, we can send you a course medical statement which your doctor can sign and stamp as proof that you’re allowed to go scuba diving.

I’m starting a course, what should I bring with me?

You need to bring comfortable clothes, towel, comfortable footwear, an extra set of clothes and sunscreen.

Can the Open Water Course be done within 2 days instead of 3 days?

We can't promise but we can try. This may also depend on your performance.

Do all courses require elearning?

Yes, you must pass the e-learning course before the end of each course.

I purchased the elearning and I’m wondering how I can take the online course?

You'll receive a link from PADI thru email within 24 hours that will explain the steps.

I’ve done all my studying at home, do I need to bring my manual with me?

No, you don’t have to bring the manual with you.

Are the prices of the diving packages include everything or are there extra charges that I should be aware of?

Please refer to the sections found in the package or course that you've chosen for the price and applicable add-ons.

Do the underwater pictures and videos cost 50 AED each or the amount includes both?

The amount of 50 AED per person includes both pictures and videos.

When is the best time to go diving in Dubai and Fujairah?

Diving in Dubai and Fujairah is done all year round.

Where do you do the diving in Fujairah?

We do not have a specific diving location in Fujairah because each day we conduct it in a different place. Before your diving trip date, our instructor will get in touch with you to inform you of the location (Dibba Rock, Snoopy Rock, all diving sites).

Where do you do the diving in Dubai?

We conduct our diving courses in Dubai at Azure Residences, The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE.

What is the pick-up time from Dubai going to Fujairah or Musandam?

The pick-up time is between 6 to 7 am depending on your location. You will be contacted by the instructor before the diving trip.

Do you offer transportation for Fujairah Diving Trips for both Dubai tourist and residents?

Yes, for both tourists and residents, we offer pick up and drop off service from Dubai hotel for an additional charge of 100 AED per person.

Can non-divers come on the boat?

Yes, non-divers may come on the boat for an additional cost of 250 AED each. They can even go snorkeling.

I have never dived before and I would like to begin. What do I have to do?

If you want to get a diving certification or diving license, you need to take the Open Water Diving Course (3 days). If you don’t have time to finish a full course, you can take the Basic Scuba Diving Course (2 days) but without certification. But if you want to try diving first, you can come and do Discover Diving in Dubai or Fujairah then you can proceed with the course.

What information will I need to provide to go diving with you?

You need to provide your complete name, diving course enrolled in, and date booked.

Do your diving courses include the equipment?

Yes, our diving courses are already inclusive of diving equipment. For Fujairah and Musandam diving trip for certified divers, the dive equipment can be rented for 50 AED.

What if I want to bring my own kit?

You are more than welcome to bring any personal kit you have. We will just issue you the equipment that you require.

Do you provide wetsuits?

Yes, we provide wetsuits when during cold weather. During summer, you may just wear your swimwear such as swimsuit or shorts.

How many divers are allowed per boat?

For Fujairah Excursions (snorkeling, diving trips, Discovery Diving), up to 11 passengers are allowed on the boat.

How many student divers can be handled by an instructor per course?

A maximum of 5 students per instructor.

Do you have a female instructor?

No, we do not have a female instructor.

Do you separate female and male students?

No, but we can arrange it upon request depending on the availability of the instructor.

How long before I get the e-card?

After confirming your account, please wait for 24 hours before trying to access your e-card via the PADI App.

I‘m interested to avail of the diving trip but I don’t have my log book with me. My last dive was more than 6 months ago but I have a PADI AOW. Can I still go diving?

Yes, you can still book and dive with us as long as you have your ID number. But you also need to undergo a refresher course since your dive was more than 6 months ago.

How deep do you go?

The depth depends on your qualification. You can refer to the page of the course for depth and other details.

What kind of marine life can I expect when I go scuba diving in Dubai?

It is possible to see all types of marine life.
